Dr. David Levy
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Levy is an accomplished physician executive with a record of achievement in complex systems involving patients and a range of organizations. He is a renowned strategic thinker who has executed effective strategies for his own enterprises and a diverse set of public and private sector entities. Drawing on a vast network of business relationships, Dr. Levy brings global best-in-practice solutions to the healthcare industry.
At Franklin Health, Dr. Levy used his insights to create a scalable business that helped patients and families receive better, more satisfying care.
As strategy leader at PwC, he led the effort to recommend public health and hospital reform for the Louisiana Recovery Authority after Hurricane Katrina. Dr. Levy then directed the team that helped California’s Department of Public Health re-engineer the state’s catastrophic surge response system. In both engagements, he successfully managed all of the stakeholders – including hospitals, private providers, payers, professional associations, and organized labor.
At PwC, Dr. Levy elevated the firm’s worldwide healthcare practice to prominence by navigating an intricate matrix of domestic and international governance arrangements. His leadership helped PwC become an acclaimed solutions provider across all healthcare sectors in more than 30 countries.
Dr. Tania Elliott, MD FAAAAI, FACAAI
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Tania Elliott brings a wealth of knowledge and extensive experience to EHE that will help support our position as an innovative health and wellbeing leader. She is a board-certified Allergist and Internist and has published multiple papers on allergic skin disease, immunology, and telemedicine.
Most recently, Dr. Elliott was a part of the national telehealth company, Doctor on Demand, where she served as both a telemedicine physician seeing thousands of patients through real-time face to face video consultations, and as the Company’s Medical Director.
She is a nationally recognized leader in the telemedicine, technology and innovation space.
Dr. Elliott is a firm believer in providing her patients with clear, useful information and resources to empower them to make healthy lifestyle choices. She is regularly featured on Dr. Oz, Rachael Ray, Live! With Kelly and Michael, Dr. Phil, and as a co-host of the Emmy award-winning The Doctors TV show.
She graduated from Jefferson Medical College, completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Mount Sinai Hospital, and fellowship in Allergy and Clinical Immunology at Winthrop University Hospital. She is an Associate Attending at NYU Langone Medical Center in New York City.
Shaun Francis is the chairman of EHE. In 2003, Mr. Francis became CEO at Medcan, one of the world’s largest providers of preventive health care in Toronto, Canada. Prior to his role at Medcan, Mr. Francis was one of the founding employees and Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for Dallas-based Broadlane, Inc., a leading business process outsourcer for over 900 American hospitals. Mr. Francis also worked for Morgan Stanley’s New York and Toronto investment banking division where he managed equity, debt and mergers and acquisitions transactions. Shaun earned his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science with honors and merit from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland.
Chief Financial Officer
Brian is the chief financial officer (CFO) of EHE. Prior to joining EHE, Mr. Lantier was with Wellspring Capital Management and was the CFO & chief operating officer of Summit Golf Brands, a sports apparel company. Previously, he worked with AlixPartners’ Turnaround & Restructuring practice and The Staten Group, a boutique consulting firm focused on private equity portfolio companies. Mr. Lantier began his career as a naval officer and aviator, completing multiple wartime deployments supporting Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. He also served as the Chief of Flight Operations at Sikorsky ( a subsidiary of UTC) where he was responsible for helicopter flight testing on behalf of the U.S. Government. Mr. Lantier graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and received a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
Chief Information Officer
Sanjeev Vipani is the chief information officer (CIO) of EHE bringing over 30 years of experience in enterprise systems/architecture. He oversees all information technology and security for the company and is responsible for developing the technology roadmap for the future. Prior to joining EHE, Sanjeev was the co-founder of PersonalMD.com (acquired by EHE), a web-based Personal Health Records pioneer where he was responsible for architecture/design of the highly scalable/secure platform, architect at Kaiser Permanente for their National Clinical Information Systems, and held engineering positions at AT&T Bell Labs for eleven years. Sanjeev holds a BS from Osmania University and MS in computer science from University Of Missouri-Rolla.
Executive Vice President
Tom Maraday brings over three decades of health and wellness experience as the executive vice president (EVP) of EHE. Prior to joining EHE, Mr. Maraday served as vice president of business development for Bright Horizons Family Solutions, Inc. Before that, he spent 22 years with Plus One Health Management, Inc. in a variety of sales, operating and leadership roles. Mr. Maraday earned a B.S. in human performance and nutrition from Southern Connecticut State University and has earned a number of industry-recognized certifications from Columbia University and the Human Performance Institute.
